The TMS team provided design-assist services to our team during our last strategic pursuit at DPR.  TMS provided a continuous stream of innovative offers over the course of 14 months as our team worked through a difficult and complicated multi-customer design landscape.  TMS’ support was invaluable to our team in helping us perform well-grounded what-if cost analyses and new product evaluations, all in support of helping our customers make key decisions to resolve the project design.  Their support helped us achieve our project’s target value while maintaining alignment with our client's goals.  I would highly recommend the TMS team to my peers in the industry.  I plan to continue collaborating with TMS in the future for our most difficult design-assist preconstruction challenges.

I have worked with the True Metals team on several of my jobs and I always appreciate their can-do attitude and willingness to find solutions to the challenges that we all face.  Currently, I am working on a very unique project that requires a lot of great ideas and feedback to make the owner and architect’s vision a reality, and Ryan and the whole team have been nothing short of amazing.  They have met with us on several occasions to provide expertise and ideas to make our project vision a reality.  A few weeks ago, I was asked if I could get a mock-up of a very unique detail for this project the afternoon before I was scheduled to meet with the TMS team and the owner to review our progress.  Even with very short notice, TMS was able to create a full-size mockup of the detail I asked about and it really turned out amazing.  This mockup allowed us to implement an architectural detail that we all had previously hoped to accomplish but were not sure was possible.  I really appreciate their willingness to work through unique challenges and day-to-day problems, and always look forward to working with them on my jobs.
